Entity established under Chinese law with investment from Singaporean natural persons, legal entities, or other economic organizations in Sino-foreign joint ventures, cooperative ventures, or wholly foreign-owned enterprises.

Or an entity established under the laws of the Republic of Singapore with legally established representative offices or branches in China.

Friend of SingCham Member:

Singaporean companies, joint ventures, sole proprietorships or other business entities with business or other interests in China, but do not meet the qualification criteria for group membership.

Singapore citizen or permanent resident, or a senior executive or principal officer of a Sino-foreign joint venture, cooperative venture, or wholly foreign-owned enterprise established under Chinese law with investment from Singaporean natural persons, legal entities, or other economic organizations.

Friend of SingCham Member:

Senior executive or principal officer of a Singaporean company, joint venture, sole proprietorship or other business entity with business or other interests in China, but does not meet the qualification criteria for individual membership.
