SingCham Membership Categories:
(a) Corporate Membership
A company, partnership, any legal business entity or organisation incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Singapore and has a branch, office or place of business in China, including its subsidiary, partnership, joint venture, representative office, branch, etc. in China. i.e. parent company / organisation has to be in Singapore.
(b) Individual Membership
A Singapore citizen or permanent resident above the age of 21, in good standing, and is residing and working in China.

(c) Associate Membership
A company, partnership, any legal business entity or organisation with business operations or interest in China but not eligible for Corporate Membership; Or an individual who is not eligible for Individual Membership.
A company, partnership, any legal business entity or organisation with business operations or interest in China but not eligible for Corporate Membership; Or an individual who is not eligible for Individual Membership.
An Associate Member has the rights to participate in the activities of SingCham including attending the Annual General Meeting but has no voting rights.
