Application Procedure 入会申请程序

＊Corporate Membership & Associate Corporate Membership 公司会员及友好公司会员

Entrance fee: RMB2000, annual fee is RMB500  (Valid for 2 years from date of payment) 入会费2000元, 年费500元, 有效期到入会日期后2年
Required documentation: 所需材料 (各一份)

1) Completed SingCham Membership Application Form with company stamp & representative's signature 填写完整的会员申请表, 右下方公司盖章, 公司代表签字
2) Passport-size photo & namecard(s) of the company representative(s) 公司代表的护照尺寸照片和公司代表的名片
3) Photocopy of representative's passport & visa in China 公司代表护照首页和签证页的复印件
4) Photocopy of company registration certificate / business licence 公司营业执照复印件
5) Business Scope 公司简介

 ＊Individual Membership & Associate Individual Membership 个人会员及友好个人会员

Entrance fee: RMB500, annual fee is RMB200  (Valid for 2 years from date of payment)  入会费500元, 年费200元, 有效期到入会日期后2年
Required documentation: 所需材料 (各一份)

1) Completed SingCham Membership Application Form with applicant's signature 填写完整的会员申请表, 右下方申请人签字
2) Passport-size photo & namecard of applicant 申请人的护照尺寸照片和名片
3) Photocopy of applicant's passport & visa in China 申请人护照首页和签证页的复印件
4) Business Scope 公司简介
Applicant should first submit the above documents to the SingCham Office, our staff  will contact the applicant for payment within 5 days if the documentation is correct and complete, or for more supporting documents, if required.  You can send the documents to SingCham office, or you can scan the documents then send to us by email singcham@singcham.com.cn , with the title of "membership application"
 
申请者将以上材料提交到商会办公室, 如果材料完整无误, 商会工作人员会在收到材料后5天之内通知申请人付款。
材料可以直接寄到商会办公室或扫描后电邮到商会公共邮箱, 邮件标题注明“入会申请”
