SingCham's 8th AGM and New Management Committee for Year 2010-2012, Beijing

SingCham has successfully held its 8th AGM on last Sat, 20 Mar 2010 and the following matters have been resolved:
1. The minutes of the 7th AGM held on 21 March 2009 has been adopted;
2. Thereport on activities in Year 2009 and work progress for Year 2010 were briefed;
3. Theaudited accounts for Year 2009 were approved and the auditor was re-appointed;
4. The proposed amendment to Clause 3(1) of theMemorndum and Articles was approved;
5. A new ManagementCommittee for Year 2010-2012 consists of 14 members formed. The newly elected Committee Members are as follows:
