Beijing BISS International School offers international education for Kindergarten to Grade 12 students age 4 to 19 based on the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. 

BISS is a subsidiary of the ISS Education Group and a sister school of ISS International School Singapore.  We now invite qualified applicants for the following position:

Reporting to the Director of Business Administration, you are expected to be hands-on, implementing the full spectrum of human resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee compensation and benefits management, training and development and formulating HR policies and procedures.

Applicants must possess:

• A graduate holder or equivalent in HR field.
• Minimum 3 years international and China exposure in HR.
• Good knowledge of PRC local employment & local legislation and laws.
• Good command of English and Chinese a must.
• Strong inter-cultural communication and good inter-personal skills.
• Meticulous and good with details.
• Pleasant personality.
