Our client is a renowned OEM(Electronic Manufacturing Services) manufacturer，they are seeking to employ a Singaporean/Malaysian FC or Finance Manager in Shanghai Pu Dong

Job Title:         Finance Manager or Financial Controller,
Department:   Financial Department  
Reports to:     CFO, GM of the business unit
Location:        Shanghai (Pu Dong)

Scope of Role:
The position is either a Finance Manager or Financial Controller, depending on the experience & capability the candidate can bring to the company.  He/she will be based in Shanghai, reporting functionally to the CFO (at Corporate) & day-to-day to the GM of the business unit in Shanghai.  The incumbent will head the finance function at this site, assisted by his/her team of sizeable team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for directing and controlling record-keeping and financial reporting for companies under charge;
• Plan, organize and direct timely and accurate preparation and reporting of financial reports for the Company;
• Fulfill internal and external audit requirements;
• Oversee the co-ordination of annual budgeting and forecasting activities;
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and Company Secretary;
• Assist in the Group’s treasury activities;
• Manage a group of accounting personnel and be responsible for their recruitment, training and development.

Selection Criteria:
• Good understanding & working knowledge of the accounting standards & tax regulations in China;
• Graduate or alternative similar level of qualification in accounting, Accounting degree or an equivalent such as ACCA is a must;
• Years of work experience in China is required (critical ingredient;)
• Manufacturing experience is a plus;
• Age above 35 years old.

Pay is around S$7,000 to 10k, allowance housing and general is S$2,500
