Our client is a Foreign Full-service Bank
Scope of Role:
- Responsible for maintaining relationship with Singapore based customers, acquiring new accounts and lead a team of relationship managers to help develop the Singapore client base.
- Submit loan proposals
- Service SME from Singapore or JV companies
- Understand business strategies of Singapore companies, the risk associated with the strategies and the capability to execute that strategy in terms of market dynamics, financial strengths, management skills
- Responsible for marketing the full range of the bank’s products
- Accountable in line with Group Policy, for credit risk of customers, including understanding JV and country risk issues
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated ability in account relationship management
- Solid Client based in particular Singapore company or JV accounts in China
- Relevant experience in leading a team
- Fluent in English, Putonghua and Chinese
- Good understanding or knowledge of the local market and culture
- Good communication and negotiation skills with multi-cultural awareness
- Good credit appraisal and marketing skills
- General understanding of the economic, political and business environment in the region, in particular, Singapore and China
- Able to engage various stakeholders, and work well in a team
- University degree
