1. Marketing Director (Nanjing, China)

The XXX China Marketing Director is responsible for delivery sustainable, stable and optimum revenue for XXX's pulp and paper products in China.  He or she is a key member of the XXX China Executive Management Team.  Among the key responsibilities of this individual are:
 
1. Marketing:  Sets long-term strategic, commercial direction for XXX's China efforts. Leads development of customer segmentation and profiling, demand generation activities, new market penetration, channel development, pricing strategy, and other related activities.
 
2. Sales:  Leads cultivation of long-term, productive relationships with customers across China. Responsible for negotiating key deals with customers and setting the stage for continued long-term business. Serves as a leader and example to the Sales force on how to use customer relationship management as a competitive advantage.
 
3.  Market Intelligence: On top of most recent, comprehensive market information in order to arrive at the best possible decision. Fully aware of what is happening in the market, not just in China but across the globe. Cognizant of competitor's activities and reactions. Able to formulate plans based on this up-to-date market intelligence.
 
4. Organizational Development: Responsible for building a strong, committed marketing and sales force in China for XXX.  Ensures that teams are motivated and aligned in order to achieve stretch targets. Also oversees development of channel partners capabilities.
 
5.  Commercial Planning: Oversees market assessments and feasibility studies designed to expand XXX's business in China in both pulp and paper. In conjunction with Strategic Planning, channel partners, and 3rd parties, ensures that market studies and assessments are completed with the highest quality and within target timings.
 
As a key member of Management, the XXX China Marketing Director is expected to undertake key roles in other activities impacting XXX China's P&L such as wood supply assurance, human capital development, social capital, etc.
 
Qualifications:
1. 25+ years of progressive experience in top notch firms, not necessarily in the pulp and paper industry.
2. Experience at C-level (CEO, COO, CMO, etc.)
3. Ideal candidate is between 44 to 49 years old.
4. Fluent in English, Mandarin and preferably several Chinese dialects
5. Willing to live in Nanjing, China while traveling extensively across the country.

2. Tax Manager  (Nanjing, China)

PURPOSE(What this position does WITHIN what limits WITH what objective)

1. To improve on the tax administration of the Group and its subsidiaries as well as provide advice and guidance. To ensure the compliance of tax law and devise tax planning within legal framework in order to avoid any subsequent potential tax liability. On the other hand, to ensure that tax privileges are properly applied. Most importantly, it is to provide support in terms of tax aspect in achieving a sustainable growth for the Group.

2. To properly frame tax system and conduct tax planning, strengthen and closely focus on the analysis on tax forecast, tax implication and tax risk for the production and business operation as well as investment project, at the same time can prepare a tax analysis report to the management level and the decision-makers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education/Experience
• Bachelor degree in tax.
• At least 10 years working experience in tax authorities.

Specific Knowledge/Skills
• Abundant theory and professional knowledge in tax area
• Ability to analyze, judge and make decision for tax cases
• Capability to tailor tax materials to be presented to tax authorities and local governments.
• Ability to draw up tax reports / letters/ applications
• Ability to quickly think of and reflect problems entailed.
• Ability to involve in negotiation independently
• Competence on communication and coordination.
• Proficiency in English.
