A) Media Sales Manager (3 positions)
i) For Beijing & North Region (Based in Beijing)

1. Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the President of Sales and Marketing (Greater China), the successful candidate will have to implement sales strategy and responsible for generating sales revenue from MediaCorp's inventory which includes Channel News Asia (CNAI), content, joint-ventures and other inventories/products
1.1 Sales & Marketing
- execute sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
- proactively prospect, qualify, grow and maintain an account list and handle incoming leads for designated territory/client list
- create & update sales proposals
- pitch new business to direct client and advertising agencies
- propose and manage campaign to enhance product branding
- responsible for sales forecast and tracking of advertising sales revenue
1.2 Agency Development
- identify and implement strategies to build MediaCorp’s inventory/products as a strong category with advertisers and agencies
1.3 Customer Relationship
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, appropriate government agencies and officials to grow MediaCorp's business, mindshare and branding in China
2. Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or professional qualification
- At least 5 years' successful post qualification sales & marketing experience in advertising or media industry
- Strong market analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent relationship management, presentation, negotiation, communications and interpersonal skills, for building and maintaining relationships
- Good contacts in advertising and/or media industry personnel advantageous
- Must have good command of Mandarin and English

B) Senior Tele-sales & Sales Support Executive (based in Shanghai)
Reporting to the President of Sales & Marketing (Greater China), the successful candidate will provide sales (including telesales) and administrative support to the department. S/he will also have to compile, generate and assist analysis of sales data and reports. Translations of contracts and documents between English & Chinese languages are expected.
1. Job Responsibilities
1.1 Sales & Marketing Support
- provide administrative and sales support to the department
- telesales and source for business opportunities
- preparation of sales quotations/contracts
- translations of contracts and documents between English & Chinese languages are expected from time to time
- process invoices and accounts
- tracking and monitoring sales orders
- compile, generate and support in analysing various sales reports
- coordinating sales and marketing events
1.2 Sales & Expense Reporting / Budgeting
- maintain proper sales and expense records
- provide monthly department budget and expense statements to HQ.
- Assist the President in annual budgeting
2. Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or professional qualification
- Well-versed in Microsoft office skills such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- At least 5 years' successful post qualification sales & marketing support with some experience in telesales
- Strong market analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent relationship management, presentation, negotiation, communications and interpersonal skills, for building and maintaining relationships
- Must have good command of Mandarin and English.
