Our client, a Singapore based MNC property development company, is seeking a senior manager for their Singapore operation.

The Job
● reports to the COO of the Group Head Quarters in Singapore,
● supervises the Senior Facilities Manager and Senior Marketing Manager, and a team of 12 staff ranging from Customer Relations, Facilities Management, Accounts and Leasing staff.
● ensures maximization of property yields and returns on investment through maximizing rental revenue and optimizing operating expenses and occupancy rates of the company's office buildings and retail/residential properties
● works closely with the operators of the company’s service apartments in Malaysia and Singapore to ensure that the operators work towards achieving set goals in profitability and achieve maximum customer satisfaction
● is responsible for enhancing the look of the building, general facilities and image of the company’s properties
● is innovative, resourceful and charismatic in leading his team in achieving results and achieve customers loyalty and satisfaction

The Candidate:
● Degree holder, BSc( Estate Mgt) or BBA with Msc ( Property)
● Current and related experience in similar roles in leasing and property management
● 12 years of marketing/leasing or mixed development covering office/rental spaces of which 3 years should be in head of function role and property management roles
● Strategic thinker and planner who is creative and confident
● People oriented with experience in leading teams.
● Is decisive and analytical
● Keen sense of business acumen, numeric and conversant with P&L and financial ratios and analysis
● Proven track records in sales and strategic innovation with big property firms
● Good communication skills, able to present ideas and relate well with people

The Remuneration:
● Monthly salary around $10,000 plus benefits applicable to senior managers
● 2 to 6 months performance bonus
