1) City Head / General Manager – China
Location:  Zhongsan and Changchun
Basic Salary:  US$8-10K + Overseas Allowance (30% of base salary) + Full Expat Package.

Requirements: 
·A good University degree in Engineering or Estate Management.
·At least 10 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry in China with at least 5 years in general management responsibilities across different functional areas.
·Proven track record in P&L accountabilities & in asset management & business development.
·Strong leadership skills.

2) Project Managers & Assistant GM – Project Management
Locations:  Tianjin, Nanhui, Wuxi, Vietnam, India and Bahrain
Basic Salary:  US$5-8K + Overseas Allowance (30% of the base salary) +Full Expat Package.

Requirements: 
·Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Civil / Structural Engineering.
·At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to residential and commercial projects in a similar role.
·Overseas working experience in the real estate or construction industry would be an advantage.
·Excellent leadership and organization skills.
·Strong analytical problem solving skills.
·Team player with strong individual drive, sense of responsibility and task ownership.
·Familiar with project planning, progress and quality control, co-ordination of building / fitting out projects.
