Location:  Tianjin, China
Basic Salary:  US$6- 10K + Overseas Allowance (30% of base salary) + Full Expat package

Requirements: 
·CPA + Accountancy degree / ACCA professional qualifications
·Min. 8 years of finance management & supervisory experience
·Must be effectively bilingual in English and Chinese languages
·Big Four audit experience (good to have)
·Real estate industry (good to have)
·China working experience (good to have)
·Meticulous, independent with proactive and "can-do" attitude

2) Finance Managers
Type of Industry/organization:  Rapidly Growing Property Developer
Locations:  Zhongshan, China / HCM City, Vietnam / Kolkata, India
Basic Salary:  US$5K + Overseas Allowance (30% of the base salary) + Full Expat package.

Requirements: 
·CPA + Accountancy degree / ACCA professional qualifications
·Min. 5 years of finance management & supervisory experience
·Real estate industry or in-country working experience
·Analytical, good interpersonal skills, independent and able to meet tight deadlines

3) Financial Controller / Finance Manager
Type of Industry/organization:  Leader in Hospitality industry in Asia
Location:  Beijing, China
Basic salary: S$5K net of tax + accommodation + benefits

Requirements:
·Min. 6 years of finance management & supervisory experience
·Manage the financial services and serve as Financial Consultant to the Properties in order to ensure the cost-effectiveness and profitability of the operations. 
·Management of financial, accounting and tax matters towards achieving company's objectives through participation in corporate strategic planning
