Our client is a Singapore-listed MNC in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:  
• The incumbent will be responsible in leading & managing a business unit in terms of fulfilling production, quality & financial targets.
• Oversee a team of engineers & supervisors to ensure on-time production delivery, inventory management, resource utilization, quality yield & line efficiency.
• Responsible for the financial performance of the division & is required to work closely with the Operations Support Team to achieve targets & KPI.
• Play a lead role towards achieving Total Customer Satisfaction for assigned group of customers.

Requirements:  
• The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of managerial experience in an operational role especially in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Possess an in-depth operational knowledge of PCBA/SMT production & assembly process.
• Good experience in managing an operation with a high mix of product variety & complexity.
• Able to manage, lead & motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve manufacturing goals within tight deadlines.
• Be highly flexible with excellent problem-solving & crisis management skills within a highly dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Able to work cross-functionally & with other business units to achieve shared goals & synergy.
• Able to speak & read Chinese fluently.
• Willing to relocate to Shanghai.
