Our client is a Singapore public-listed company in the property development industry.
Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will be responsible in managing the Project Team including consultants & contractors from inception to completion of projects.
• Plan & co-ordinate design development, project schedules & budgets and ensure that work is progressing as planned, cost kept within budgets and work quality is of expected standard.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Architecture or Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years of work experience in design development, building project management, contract administration, planning and scheduling of work programmes for residential & commercial projects.
• Experienced in liaising with consultants and Government Departments to ensure compliance with local building authorities' requirements.
• Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills with good leadership quality, high sense of urgency & commitment of quality standards.
