Our client is a Singapore-listed MNC in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will report to Operations Director.
• Ensure timely completion of production schedules and new project start up through efficient coordination of all functional groups, inclusive of procurement team, from implementation to completion stage.
• Interact with customers for transition of products from NPI to mass production.
• Co-ordinate internal resources to meet customers expectations in the areas of on-time delivery, cost and flexibility.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Work closely with customers on any changes, demands, schedule and forecast.
• Liaise with customer on the disposition of unapproved sources and materials without specification or drawings by signing off the Non-Conformance Report or Inspection Report.
• Follow-up with the customer on the evaluation of the 1st Article evaluation for raw materials submitted by our client.
• Work closely with the General Manager to review the projects / contracts.
• Work closely with Quality Manager, Engineering Manager, Production & TCS Manager on the pilot run evaluation.
• Represent and sign off on the behalf of customers on 1st Article disposition, if necessary.
• Assign duties to Project Engineer

Requirements:
• The ideal candidate should have at least a University Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years of managerial experience in project management and manufacturing.
• Possess good understanding of PCBA and box build manufacturing processes, preferably with engineering experience in PCBA and production.
• Possess strong leadership qualities, initiative & strong drive for success as well as resourceful & independent.
• Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.
