Our client is a provider of advanced electronics manufacturing services to original equipment manufacturers with worldwide, world-class operations in Singapore, Johore, Shanghai and the US (total combined workforce approx 2700 staff).
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the HR team in Singapore (approx 500 staff) and responsible for the Group HR policy review and support.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate should have at least a University Degree in HR Management or its equivalent.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience covering the full spectrum of HR with regional exposure.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a strategic thinker, analytical, dedicated and a good team player.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Good level of knowledge of labour practices & regulations in Malaysia, China and the US will be an added advantage.
