Our client is a Singapore public-listed company  in the property development industry.

Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will be based in China and work closely with the GM.
• Responsible for management of business development, strategic planning, business modelling & re-engineering, market intelligence & research as well as business performance analysis.

Requirements:
• The ideal candidate should have at least a University Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, ideally with land acquisition experience & have good connections in China.
• Effectively bilingual in English & Chinese with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Possess good business acumen with strong analytical skills.
• Must be resourceful, highly motivated & result-oriented.
