A Singapore real estate company is recruiting a Project Manager to be based in Tianjin

Organisational Relationship: Report to Deputy General Manager / Singapore / Overseas Project.

Overall purpose of job: Responsible for Project Management activities and acting as Owner's Representative for local developments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the successful realisation of major and / or complex developments projects within cost, time and quality constraint.

2. Responsible for choosing and management of contractors & consultants.

3. Manages each phase of project development from design to completion.

4. Liaises closely with contractors, consultants and authorities during each phase of the project.

5. Plans development within constraints imposed by contractors, building regulations etc. so as to ensure efficient use of resources and minimise negative cash-flows.

6. Guides, by providing expertise and supervision.

7. Provide inputs for feasibility study.

8. Any other tasks as and when assigned.

Job Requirements
- Degree in C&S, M&E, Architectural or Quantity Surveying.
- 10 years working experience in relevant field.

Personal Characteristics / Attributes
- Good contacts with government officials, potential partners, consultants and contractors.
- Be prepared to look beyond conventional ways/methods in order to get the jobs done.
- Good knowledge of Project Management.
- Basic knowledge of building & construction laws/rules.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills especially in dealing with authority officials, potential partners.
- Dynamic, objective and result-oriented.
- Medically fit.
