Previously, he was Deputy CEO, Commercial Management, China from April to Dec 2021. Before that, Ervin was Southeast Asia Managing Director for the Ascott Limited, the Group’s lodging arm, driving operational performance and business growth of properties in these countries. He was concurrently in charge of Strategic Planning for Ascott. He also served as Senior Vice President, Special Projects, supporting the Group CEO to drive and coordinate special projects that cut across the different businesses.

Eric Goh is the Chief Representative (China) of Keppel Corporation Limited and the Chief Executive Officer of Keppel Capital China. He joined Keppel Capital in July 2011 to set up the China platform of Alpha Investment Partners, and was appointed Chief Representative (China) of Keppel Corporation in 2016.
Now Mr. Goh also covers the roles of Vice Chair of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SingCham), the Council Member of the Singapore Jiangsu Cooperation Council (SJCC), Singapore Tianjin Economic & Trade Council (STETC) and Singapore Guangdong Business Council.
Prior to joining Keppel, he was CEO of Ascendas China managing a portfolio of Commercial Assets in Shanghai and several large-scale Industrial and Technology Parks in China. He also managed and fully invested two China Focused Funds including acquisition of Cross Tower in Shanghai.
Mr. Goh was previously the General Manager of Shui On Land Rui Hong Xin Cheng (Rainbow City) fully responsible for the project’s development and asset management. The project was awarded Best Planning and Most Popular integrated residential development in 2006 and 2007.
Mr. Goh started his career with Singapore Technologies Group, which was later restructured as part of Temasek Holding’s SembCorp Industries. He was amongst the pioneers in making the first venture into China in 1988, and served various senior appointments including Senior Vice President in SembCorp Engineers and Constructors and Director of market development in SembCorp Industries.

Mr. CHIN Phei Chen is CEO, Strategic Relations and Managing Director, South China, CapitaLand Development (China). He is responsible for building strategic relations in China and overseeing business under CapitaLand Development in South China.
Mr. CHIN Phei Chen has held several appointments within the Group. Prior to his current appointment, He was CEO of Special Projects, and then CEO of Real Estate & Urban Development, China, responsible for the Group’s Real Estate & Urban Development portfolio in China and strategic projects. From July 2018 to December 2019, he successively served as Managing Director and CEO, managing Group’s operating commercial assets in China. He was also overseeing supporting functions such as Legal and Corporate Marketing & Communications during this period.
Before that, from October 2015 to June 2018, Mr. CHIN successively held positions as CapitaLand China’s Managing Director of Corporate Strategic Relations, Chief Corporate Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In these positions, he had played a pivotal role in building strategic relations with government organizations and industry players, enhancing the effectiveness of corporate service departments to support business operations, and facilitating cooperation among business units to achieve greater synergy. He was concurrently Regional General Manager for North China from January 2016 to March 2018, responsible for the development and management of integrated properties and residential projects.
Mr. CHIN was CEO of China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Investment and Development Co., Ltd from February 2013 to October 2015. He had played a significant role in driving infrastructure development, attracting knowledge-based enterprises and building industry clusters, and enhancing strategic collaboration between Singapore and China in Guangzhou Knowledge City.
Mr. CHIN served in the Singapore Armed Forces from 1979 to 2004 where he held numerous key leadership and staff positions and played a key role in the development and operations of the Singapore Armed Forces. He also served as a Counselor in the Singapore Embassy in Beijing from 2005 to 2010.
