We are pleased to inform that the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 22 October 2022 at Grand Millennium Hotel Beijing, details are as follows:
Date: Saturday, 22 October 2022
Time: 1000hrs to 1130hrs
Venue: Executive MeetingRoom, 4th Floor, Grand Millennium Hotel Beijing
Agenda
1. Confirmation of Minutes of 19th AGM held on 22 May 2021
2. Report on Year 2021-2022 activities and work progress
3. Approval of 2021 audited accounts and appointment of auditors
4. Dissolution of Committee Member forYear 2020-2022
5. Election of Committee Member forYear 2022-2024
6. Any other matters arising
A Buffet lunch will be served after the AGM, we are honored to have SingCham Patron, Ambassador Lui Tuck Yew to join the lunch.
Due to the COVID-19 travel restriction, we understand that many of our members are still stuck in Singapore hence are not able to attend the AGM in person. Therefore, the AGM this year will be held online (Tencent Meeting) at the same time.
