Mr. Wong Car Wha has been with CapitaLand since 1996, and has more than 20 years’ operation experience in commercial real estate. He has managed projects located in nearly 30 cities and has rich trans-regional management experience. From 2001 to 2003, he was as General Manager (Retail) of Raffles City Shanghai and responsible for mall opening. Dr Koh Hau-Tek is General Manager, Raffles Medical, China. He has worked previously in other major medical groups in Singapore and the Republic of Ireland and has been a practicing physician for over 17 years. Dr Koh has sat on and presided over Medical Boards and Clinical Governance committees in several medical groups, including Parkway Shenton and Healthway Medical Group. Whilst working in Singapore, she was also the President of the Society of Designing Arts (Fashion), Singapore for 8 years, and was also the Vice-President of the former Textiles and Garments Manufacturers’ Association of Singapore  ( TGMAS), now known as Textiles And Fashion Federation of Singapore. (TAFF).She was appointed Honorary Treasurer of the Retailers' Association of Singapore from.
Presently, she is the Vice Chairman and General Manager of Beijing Smart Garments Co., Ltd., and has also been holding the post of  Chairman of Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China since 2005.Dorothy Seet is also the Vice-Chairman of  Beijing Garment Association, as well as  Vice-Chairman of the China Corporate Wear Industry Association, and Council member of China Garment Association.
In 2008, Dorothy  was awarded the Singapore Business Awards for  Outstanding Chief/Senior Executive (Overseas) Category .  This Award was presented by Singapore Business Times, under Singapore Press Holding and DHL, the international Courier Service Company. In 2012,  Dorothy was conferred the prestigious 'PBM' , a Public Service Medal that was presented by President Tony Tan, President of the Republic of Singapore.

Tan Wee Theng is a Singaporean and has been working in China, based in Beijing since 1996. He is an experienced Corporate Executive with more than 30 years of Experience working in North America and Asia Pacific. Wee Theng was one of the first foreigners in China to be granted permanent resident status in 2004. An economics graduate from the National University of Singapore, Lyn has with her more than 20 years of experience in marketing and management.  Her experience spans from advertising to broadcasting, including more than ten years of international senior management experience
Lyn has more than 15 years of working experience in China, being stationed in Beijing and Shanghai. Lyn started her career in China in 1993 when she was transferred from Hong Kong to start the promotion of the reputable Hong Kong Ming Pao Daily in China. She was then the Senior Account Manager for Hong Kong Ming Pao Group. In 1997, Lyn joined Thakral Media Corporation as Deputy General Manger to oversee the marketing of airship advertising in China, a revolutionary outdoor advertising phenomenon in China.
From 1999 to 2006, Lyn was the Chief Representative for MediaCorp Beijing and Shanghai representative offices. In her seven years with MediaCorp, she has established valuable working relationships with many television stations in China. Prior to that, he worked to promote contents of top European agencies, such as Energy Intelligence Group and AFX News, in business intelligence and financial news. After T&F, he joined smaller players in the same industry such as Emerald and JSTOR, looking after growth, strategy and partnerships from East Asia to Australasia.

When the offer came for him to rejoin T&F and head up the China operation May 2015, he swiftly accepted it and uprooted his family for Beijing. In his current role, Eng Guan has mandate to expand local infrastructure, with the aim to help Chinese scientists and researchers to increase their impact globally.

His interests include cooking, traveling and nurturing future leaders.

Benjamin Moh is an associate with White & Case’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Group, based in Beijing. His practice covers areas of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other general corporate matters associated with public and private companies.

Prior to joining White & Case, Benjamin spent four years at a leading UK-based international law firm, where his practice was also primarily focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to that, he spent a year with Singapore law firm WongPartnership as part of his training contract, where he was called to the Singapore bar.

Benjamin graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws, L.L.B. (Second-Upper Class) (Dean’s List – top 10% for all four academic years of study). He is qualified as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore and is a qualified solicitor of England & Wales.
