SingCham 8th AGM has been concluded successfully. In this meeting, the following matters have been resolved:
1. Minutes of 8th AGM held on 20 March 2010 was confirmed;
2. A report on Year 2010 activities and work plan for Year 2011 were discussed;
3. Audited accounts for Year 2010 was passed and auditor has been re-appointed;
4. Memorndum and Articles was amended.
