SingCham Jiangsu 2nd AGM has been concluded successfully. In this meeting, the following matters have been resolved:
1.    Minutes of 1st AGM held on 10 July 2009 was confirmed;
2.    A report on Year 2009 activities and work plan for Year 2010-2011 were discussed;
3.    Audited accounts for Year 2009 was passed and auditor has been re-appointed;
4.    A new Management Committee for Year 2010-2012 has been elected.

After the AGM, SingCham members and friends participated a business seminar on ‘The end of Guanxi as we all know’ and ‘Talents Cultivation in Enterprises in Post-Economic Crisis Era’   addressed by Mr CJ Ng and Ms Zhu Yuemin.
