SingCham 8th AGM has been concluded successfully. In this meeting, the following matters have been resolved:
1.    Minutes of 7th AGM held on 21 March 2009 was confirmed;
2.    A report on Year 2009 activities and work plan for Year 2010 were discussed;
3.    Audited accounts for Year 2009 was passed and auditor has been re-appointed;
4.    Clause 3 (1) of Memorndum and Articles was amended;
5.    A new Management Committee for Year 2010-2012 has been elected.
