Five strategic partnership were formed between Business China and SingCham China, Nanyang Technological University, National Youth Council, OMY, and Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business to further facilitate and promote Sino-Singapore cultural and business linkages.

More than 250 guests turned up at the Spring Reception at the Marina Floating Platform to witness this significant moment and celebrate Chinese New Year 2009.

Guests include leaders and members from Business China, SingCham, various Singapore clubs and associations in China, Singapore ministers and senior officials, representatives from the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, and corporate leaders and members of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

This Spring Reception was organised by Business China, with SingCham China as the co-organiser.  Mr Khaw Boon Wan, Minister for Health and Advisor for Business China was the Guest-of-Honour.

在通商中国和中国新加坡商会于1月28日合办的春节团拜上，通商中国与中国新加坡商会、新加坡南洋理工大学、新加坡青年理事会、OMY、新加坡中华总商会管理学院签署战略合作协议，进一步推展中、新两国文化与经贸交流。

超过250人参加了由通商中国和中国新加坡商会合办的春节团拜，并见证了上述协议的签定。

出席人员包括通商中国和中国新加坡商会领导及会员、在华新加坡俱乐部会员、新加坡内阁部长及高官、中国驻新加坡大使馆领导与官员、还有新加坡工商界领袖和新加坡中华总商会会员等等。

本次团拜主礼嘉宾是新加坡卫生部长兼通商中国顾问许文远。
