We are happy to invite you to a seminar of immediate interest on China’s 12th Five Years Plan taking in to force in March this year.
The Goal of the 12th Five Year Plan is to prevent China´s growth from stalling and the idea is not to refine the current system but to completely transform the current system in the brief period of five years. The policies outlined in the plan will affect the business of every foreign company in China. 

This seminar will focus on the first 10 major basic goals of the five year plan and more in detail the two themes that will most impact foreign business.
Ø  China's plan to transition to an economy characterized by domestic consumption and indigenous innovation.
Ø  China's plan to achieve energy security while confronting the issues of environmental pollution and climate change.

By understanding the Plan and its basic themes, foreign companies can better position themselves for participation in this ambitious program.

Short about the Speaker:

Mr. Dickinson lives and works in Qingdao, China, where he focuses on assisting foreign companies setting up and operating throughout China. He prides himself on providing practical solutions to complex problems. Mr. Dickinson is completely fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and does his work in Chinese to increase accuracy and to reduce costs.

Mr. Dickinson is a frequent writer and public speaker on doing business in China.  Forbes Magazine, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the International Herald Tribune, National Public Radio, and The Guardian have all quoted him on various aspects of doing business in China. His posts on China Law Blog are considered basic reading on China legal issues for companies entering the China market. He was named as one of only three Washington State “Amazing Lawyers” in International Law.

He received his B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Washington and his J.D. from the University Of Washington School Of Law.
