You may know, that effective on 15th October 2011, expatriates who work in China will be required to participate in Chinese Social Insurance. The target participants are expatriates who are legally employed in China or seconded to China by their overseas parent companies, holding Chinese employment permits or Chinese foreign expert certificates. Many had expressed to learn more about what is the boundaries and social insurance law and its application in China.
