1. Understanding self and others: Aware, Accept, Adapt (Self-assessment and knowing your audience)
     知己知彼,百战不殆

2. Planning your presentation: Objectives and compo-nents (Define objectives of presentation taking into consideration features versus benefits)
     周密的准备工作-是你成功演讲的基础- 演讲目标和演讲构成

3. Delivery Techniques: Body language (Dos and don’ts in presentation e.g. Eye contact, voice, tone etc…)
     演讲-技能-肢体语言

4. Use of aids in presentation: Visual aids (Reassessment of its effective usage e.g. PowerPoint, posters and flip carts etc…)
     演讲工具的合理运用

5. Handling questions during or after presentation: Impromptu versus prepared questions (Manners and techniques in handling difficult questions)
