We are pleased to inform you that the SingCham Jiangsu 2nd Annual General Meeting will be held, details as follows:
 
Date       :     Saturday,  24 April 2010
 
Time      :     1000hrs to 1030hrs (Registration)
                     1030hrs to 1200hrs (AGM)
                     1200hrs to 1330hrs (Lunch)

                     1330hrs to 1500hrs (Seminar on 'How To Deal With Guanxi')
                     1515hrs to 1645hrs (Seminar on 'Thinking of Talents Cultivation in Enterprises in Post-Economic Crisis Era’)

Venue     :    Regalia Resort & Spa Suzhou Hotel, No. 2 Li Gong Di, SIP, Suzhou 

Agenda   :

1.    Confirmation of Minutes of 1st AGM held on 10 July 2009
2.    Report on Year 2009 activities and work progress
3.    Approval of audited accounts and appointment of auditors
4.    Election of Committee Members for Year 2010-2012
5.    Any other business
 
Nominations are now open for 15 Committee Members.  Each existing valid member (both corporate & individual), joined before 24 March 2010 and whose annual membership subscription have been fully paid before 19 April 2010, may nominate not more than 15 names for the election.  Please note that written consent of the Nominees (please use the prescribed Nomination Form attached) must be obtained before they are nominated for the election.  Nominees should preferably station in Jiangsu for effective contributions to our operations.  Please provide a brief introduction write-up of not less than 100 words for each Nominee.
 
Kindly mail or fax (0512 6725 8318) the duly completed Nomination Form to SingCham Jiangsu office and the deadline for nomination is 19 April 2010 at 3.00pm.  The current Management Committee reserves the rights to change the nomination and election process in accordance with the provisions of the SingCham Memorandum & Articles.

Only members should attend the AGM.  We strongly encourage every member to actively participate in the Annual General Meeting and in the election of the new Management Committee for year 2010-2012. 

You may bring your friends or colleagues for the Seminars which will be held after the AGM.  Non-members will be charged at Rmb 200 per pax.
