We are pleased to invite our Members and friends, especially those based in Guangxi, to participate in an official mission in Guangxi organised by the IE Singapore from 5th to 9th April 2010.   The mission is led by Mr Sam Tan Ching Siong, Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of Trade & Industry and Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts.  It seeks to explore business opportunities for Singapore companies in Guangxi.

The tentative programme of this mission includes the cities of Nanning, Qinzhou and Beihai.  A brief programme is as follows:

Day 1: 5th Apr 2010  Arrival in Naning

                                      Networking Dinner with Singapore Companies based in Guangxi

Day 2: 6th Apr 2010  Activities in Naning

                                      Briefing and Meeting with Naning local governments

                                      Site Visits in Naning

                                      Seminar in Naning on Trades and Investments

Day 3: 7th Apr 2010  Depart to Qingzhou

                                       Briefing and Meeting with Qingzhou local governments

                                       Visits of Qingzhou Economic Development Zone

                                       Depart to Beihai

Day 4: 8th Apr 2010   Briefing on Beihai

                                       Depart for Naning

                                       Dinner Networking at Naning

Day 5: 9th Apr 2010   Depart from Naning

IE Singapore charges a participation fee of S$425 per person and S$700 for the 2nd person, exclusive of hotels and air fares.  They could assist in the bookings of accommodations if required.
