Dear members and friends,

SingCham invites you for an evening talk on “Singapore Property Market” and “Fengshui for Year 2010”.

Mr Ong Chun Teck from CB Richard Ellis Singapore will be sharing information on the legal and financial procedures for buying a home in Singapore, including that for private properties, Housing and Development Board flats and Executive Condominiums.  He will also share with us the properties he has on hand.  A brief content of the talk is as follows:

1.    Singapore Property Market: Its overview, the current fever, outlook and future prospects;
2.    Property Transactions in Singapore: Its process, costs, taxes and restrictions;
3.    Where are the Prime Property Area for Singapore: An overview, special districts with demographics and general pricings, and introduction of some specific properties.

The talk will followed by a short session on a special topic, “Fengshui for Year 2010” by Master Lin Meng Zhan from Taiwan.  You may learn how to purchase a property with good fengshui from Master Li during the event.

About the Speaker:   

Mr Ong Chun Teck is an associate with CB Richard Ellis Singapore since 2008.  He currently manages and actively focus on an active client base of 20+ investors.
Prior to his joining the real estate industry, Chun Teck was a business consultant working with companies on internationalization programs.  He had specialized in market research for companies going abroad and assisted these companies in setting up representative offices and subsidiaries overseas.  Chun Teck focuses on mainly investment grade private residential and prime commercial office space in Singapore.

Before venturing out on his own business, Chun Teck has spent 15 years in the government sector after graduating from the National University of Singapore Bachelor of Business Administration program under Singapore Armed Forces' scholarship.  He had also two postgraduate degrees in Master of Arts in Southeast Asian Studies and Masters of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
