This time, a delegation of 35-40 Singapore students comes from various universities organised by Business China Youth Chapter will join our networking.
It is a good chance to share your knowledge and experience in China business, socio-economic reality, and Chinese culture with them.
Mr. Ignatius Lim, the China Group Director of IE Singapore, will give us a briefing about the current status of China's business. It will provide you an opportunity to network, exchange contacts and explore business opportunity.
Jennifer Kang, the Business Leader of HRnet One (Beijing) Limited will give us a HR share session. You will get to hear her talking about how she evolved from a accounting and finance professional of 18 years to her present role as an entrepreneur and general manager for the professional HR consulting firm in Beijing. At the same time, she will share her insights on the China talent landscape and how her firm as well as potential international job seekers can capitalize on this window of opportunity in China.

Ms Jennifer Kang is the Business Leader of HRnet One (Beijing) Limited and holds the dual role of Director of Strategic Operations for the HRnetGroup headquartered in Singapore.
Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business in Information Technology from the RMIT University in Australia.
Jennifer comes with 18 years of practice in finance work, covering external audit with Coopers & Lybrand, internal audit with AT&T, accounting & financial control with a Singapore-listed company, M&A and corporate finance with Brierley Investments; and has been with HRnet Group for the last 7 years.
Previously the Finance Director of HRnetGroup in Singapore and the Country Manager for PeopleFirst Consulting Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, Jennifer pioneered and currently leads the HRnet One Beijing senior executive search operations. She personally works in close collaboration with multinational clients on needs assessment, talent assessment, organizational restructuring, talent development and design and review and design of compensation & benefit systems.
