Jessica is a senior associate with in the Dezan Shira & Associates in Beijing. Part of the Corporate Accounting Services division, she is especially experienced in pre-acquisition due diligence review, annual audit and financial limited review projects. She also handles tax advisory work for FIEs and has been involved in SOX projects for China operations of US listed companies & accounts adjustment projects based on U.S. GAAP. Jessica is fluent in English and Chinese.
