13:40-14:00    Review and recap of 2008/2009 activities and events
14:00-14:10    Finance report
14:10-14:30    Workplan for year 2010
14:30-15:30    Other matters
15:30              End of AGM

Fee:  Members - Free (Inclusive of free buffet lunch such as six kinds of seasonal vegetable salads, Beef Short Ribs with Mushroom , Spicy Baby Lobster , Shushi , Pork Chop , Shrimp with Maggie Sauce and much more will be served.)

Non-members who like to come for the buffet lunch and AGM will be charged a special rate of RMB 80/person

This coming AGM will set the directions and activities for SingCham Guangdong in 2010 to better serve and support Singapore businesses and citizens in south China and we greatly appreciate your attendance and participation to make this event a success.

If you are unable to attend the AGM and would like to appoint a proxy, please kindly fill in the attached Proxy Form and revert on or before 16 Jan 2010.
