Speaker Profile:

Ms NG Siew Kiang is the Executive Director of Contact Singapore, a global alliance of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and the Ministry of Manpower. Contact Singapore aims to attract global talent to work, invest and live in Singapore.

Siew Kiang has been with the EDB for 14 years in various key appointments. Her last position was as Director of Human Resources in EDB where she oversaw the strategy for talent development in the organisation. Prior to her HR position, Siew Kiang served as Deputy Director in the Chemicals cluster. This position entailed industry development and investment promotion for the Singapore chemicals industry which includes the oil and gas, petrochemicals and specialty chemicals sectors. Before joining EDB, Siew Kiang was with AT Kearney, an international consulting firm. Siew Kiang has a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Masters in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
