What is Emergenetics?

Emergenetics is a blend of genetics and learned experiences expressed as a behaviour and a way of thinking. During the session you will be grouped and regrouped with the participants as you learn how thinking and behavioural attributes affect your communication, creativity, productivity and ability to work together.

Course Developer

Dr Geil Browning, PhD, the founder and co-developer of Emergenetics Profile was also recognised as the Outstanding Entrepreneurial Business Women (1995 – Colorado State), and Outstanding Women in Business (2003 – Colorado State). A highly sought after international presenter and leadership facilitator, she has also authored the best selling book "Emergenetics: Tap Into The New Science Of Success".

Facilitator

Stella Lin is the Managing Principal of Evolve International (Singapore) and (Beijing), an Executive Search and Management Consultancy Company.  Stella was Human Resource Manager of the Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) for more than 10 years.  She is very familiar with a number of personality profiling systems, assessment center approach in recruitment and other selection techniques.  Her “New Employees Induction program” and “ Graduate Recruitment System” won her the bank’s Chairman’s award.  The programs were migrated to Standard Chartered Bank worldwide.  Stella holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Adult Learning.  She is effective bilingual, and is able to conduct training both in English and in Chinese.  She has been recently hired as a EMBA course trainer by Qinghua University.
