We are going to hold our 7th Annual General Meeting on Saturday, 21 March.

We would take this opportunity to review our achievements for the last year as well as to share with you our plans going forward. Your views and feedback are very important to us in helping us build a organisation that you can be proud of.

We would also be serving lunch after the AGM and is a good opportunity for members to get to know each other better. Your attendance is important to us.

1. Confirmation of Minutes of 6th AGM held on 23 February 2008
2. Report on Year 2008 activities and work progress
3. Approval of audited accounts and appointment of auditors
4. Any other business
5. Talk on "Current Economic Crisis and Outlook", by Mr Lau Teck Sien, Vice Chairman, SingCham China
6. Lunch
7. End of AGM
