
2009 arguably presented one of the toughest challenges faced by many Human Resource Managers or Training Managers tasked with their company’s training and development as they tried to cope with the crisis while doing everything they can to formulate and implement the training strategies for their staff training and development with limited resources and under various constraints.
As we approach 2010, which created a more relaxed and less restraining environment for corporate training and development but one which is still confronted by a certain degree of uncertainty and cautiousness.
