IE Singapore and SingCham Guangdong, SingCham Fujian are co-organising an mission to Nanning, Yulin, Beiliu, Beihai and Qinzhou, five cities of Guangxi Province dated on 21 Oct - 27 Oct (7 days).
The major mission for this delegation is to attend the 5th China – ASEAN Expo(Nanning) and the 5th business opportunities for SMEs Expo (Yulin), and visiting the above mentioned cities for key projects investment and infrastructure development.
Costs: Local transport and lodging will be provided by the local Govt.
Members only take care of own air ticket and airport transfer in Guangzhou.
Special Attention:
Due to security reason the 5th China – ASEAN Expo requires visitor to provide personal data for the admission permits, and for the Booking of round-trip air tickets.
Kindly provide your data as follows:
1. Copy of identity card and passport
2. Company Profile
3. Your objective for this mission
时间：10月22日至10月27日
考察城市： 南宁、玉林、北流、北海、钦州
重点活动： 第五届中国-东盟博览会、第五届中小企业商机博览（中国·玉林）
考察费用： 考察团人员在考察地区的交通、食宿由当地政府安排，
考察团人员需要自付考察往返交通费用费用（广州往返南宁的机票费用）。
特别注意：根据10月22日在南宁开幕的中国—东盟博览会的安检需要，报名此次广西商贸考察团人员除填写报名回执外，同时需要向商会提交以下资料，以便办理来回机票以及东盟博览会所需的相关入场证件：
1. 身份证或护照复印件；
2. 公司简介；
3. 考察目的。
