SingCham Beijing is organising a social brunch to help you get to know each other better and enjoy authentic Singapore food in Beijing.

Special Features:

(1) Executive Chef Rocky Chua from Singapore has 26 years' experience in Western cuisine, and have won many gold and silver medals over the years in the Food Asia International Salmon Culinaire and the Norwegian Salmon Saga competition. Chef Rocky also carries the title of Chef Rotisseurs in the Confrerie De La Chaine Des Rotisseurs. His signature dishes are "Curry Laksa" and "Bak Kut Teh", etc.

(2) Eat Out cum Cook Out" brunch followed by a Curry Fish Head cooking demonstration by Rocky.

(3) Screening of movie at Traders function room.
