在商务部提议及支持下，南京市人民政府将于2008年10月28日（星期二）下午15:00-19:30（含正式晚宴），在北京东方君悦大酒店宴会厅（北京市东长安街1号东方广场）举办“2008中国南京国际高端产业暨服务外包发展（北京）对接会”，邀请世界500强及跨国公司驻华机构负责人与会，共商高端产业及服务外包合作发展大计。届时，商务部及其外资司领导将莅临指导，南京市主要领导将率市有关部门、城区、县、产业集团、服务外包示范区及重点企业负责人，与参会嘉宾进行交流及对接。

At the 30th anniversary of the reform and opening up program, the Sate Council identified further driving the reform and opening up and economic/social development of the Yangtze River Delta as a national strategy.
