"When leaders keep learning, they model the best aspects of the learning organization, and help their people learn, grow and achieve even more."

Few would argue that Leadership matters in the success of an organization.

Companies that can attract, cultivate and grow leaders are likely to flourish and last.

While no one disagree that Leadership matters, it is also common to hear that not only in China but elsewhere in the world that leaders are in great shortage.

It is therefore imperative to understand the Winning Formula of Effective Good to Great (G2G) Leadership:

G2G Leadership is not about having leadership competencies. It is about affecting the competencies to achieve lasting result.

3. The imperative need for G2G Leaders to understand the know-how to deliver the 4 critical areas of results: organization, customers, employees and investors.
