We are going to hold our 6th Annual General Meeting on coming Saturday, 23 Feb. During the AGM, we would be electing a new management committee to serve the members and to provide direction for the Chamber going forward.
We would also take the opportunity to review our achievements for the last year as well as to share with you our plans going forward. Your views and feedback are very important to us in helping us build a organisation that you can be proud of.
We would also be serving lunch after the AGM and is a good opportunity for other Singaporeans to get to know you better. Your attendance is important to us.

1. Confirmation of Minutes of 5th AGM held on 10 March 2007
2. Report on Year 2007 activities and work progress
3. Approval of audited accounts and appointment of auditors
4. Election of Committee Members for year 2008-2010

In accordance with the Memorandum & Articles of SingCham, the AGM is going to elect members to form the 2008-2010 management committee. Nomination is now closed (Closing date: 18 Feb 2008, 3pm Beijing time).
